These Terms of Service govern your use of LessonBuilders. By using the site or services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use LessonBuilders for lawful educational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
You retain ownership of the lesson content you create. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the features you use (e.g., AI generation, standards alignment, sharing).
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method each period. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated lesson content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all generated output before use in your classroom.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LessonBuilders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the service at any time.
